Mark recently joined the office after working as a prosecutor for the Commonwealth of Virginia in Bedford County, Chesterfield County, and Petersburg. Mark has tried thousands of criminal cases before juries and judges in Virginia. Mark will be the lead trial lawyer for criminal cases. He lives in Nelson County with his wife and is an active participant in Nelson County government and charitable organizations.
Ellen has been with Shoen Law since 2005. She is a graduate of James Madison University and has a Paralegal Certificate from CVCC. Ellen and her husband live at Smith Mountain Lake where they enjoy spending time with their two children and five grandchildren.
Stephanie started working at Shoen Law in 2013. She grew up in Bedford County and graduated from Liberty University with a degree in Criminal Justice. She recently got married in 2017 and now lives in Lynchburg with her husband. When they’re not working, she and her husband enjoy traveling and visiting new places.
Mollie is the newest addition to the team, joining in 2018. She grew up in Lynchburg and attended Liberty University where she studied Criminal Justice for her bachelor’s degree and completed a Paralegal Certificate. She and her husband Bryce like to cook and travel in their free time, along with spoiling their golden retriever Lucy.
